Life Transition Support

Clarity, grounding, and support at a real threshold.

Some moments in life can’t be solved with productivity, positive thinking, or more information.

You know something is ending.

You feel that something new wants to emerge.

But the space in between feels confusing, destabilizing, and lonely.

This work is for people approaching or navigating a life transition who need support to make decisions they can stand behind — without rushing, bypassing, or collapsing. It draws on years of contemplative practice, coaching training, and lived experience navigating profound life transitions.

Who this is for

This offering is for you if:

  • You’re at a threshold — personally, professionally, or relationally
  • You know a change is necessary, but clarity hasn’t fully arrived
  • The decision feels existential, not just practical
  • You’re carrying fear, grief, or uncertainty that makes it hard to move
  • You don’t want advice — you want presence, discernment, and grounded support
  • You are in a period of integration following a retreat, plant medicine experience, or other meaningful inner shift

This is a grounded, reflective process — not designed for acute crisis or quick fixes. It supports you in meeting a real transition with honesty, care, and integrity, and in making decisions you can stand behind.

Who this is not for

This work is not a fit if:

  • You’re looking for quick answers, hacks, or someone to tell you what to do
  • You want reassurance without being willing to face uncomfortable truths
  • You’re in an acute crisis that requires clinical, psychiatric, or emergency support
  • You’re seeking manifestation, positive-thinking coaching, or spiritual bypass
  • You want to skip the emotional or embodied aspects and stay only in analysis
  • You’re not ready to take responsibility for your own choices and direction

This is also not performance coaching, career optimization, or therapy. The work requires honesty, willingness to slow down, and the courage to stay present with uncertainty long enough for clarity to arise.

What we work on together

Over our sessions, we focus on:

The work blends: deep listening and inquiry · somatic awareness · contemplative reflection · practical integration into daily life

No spiritual bypassing. No forcing clarity before it’s ready.

How this support is different

I don’t help you “optimize” your life.

I help you slow down enough to see clearly, reduce inner conflict, and take your next step from a place of greater inner and outer harmony — rather than from pressure, fear, or performance.

This work is about restoring a sense of coherence when things feel fragmented or opposed inside. As that coherence returns, decisions stop feeling violent, and peace becomes more accessible — not as an idea, but as a lived experience.

I work from lived experience, including:

I’m not offering answers.

I’m offering a steady, grounded space where your own clarity can emerge.

Structure

This support is offered as a short-term, contained process designed to support real-life transitions and decision-making.

April Cycle

What’s Included

Sessions are intentionally paced to allow insight to settle, rather than rushing toward resolution.

This container provides continuity and structure without requiring a long-term commitment before it feels right.

Real transitions take time. These four weeks are designed to support orientation and grounded movement — and may serve as the beginning of a longer process, depending on what your situation calls for.

Investment & Reciprocity

This work is an investment in clarity, alignment, and grounded next steps.

The sliding scale supports access while honoring the value and integrity of the work. You’re invited to choose a rate within this range that feels fair and sustainable for your current financial reality.

I reserve a limited number of adjusted-rate spots for those for whom cost would otherwise be a genuine barrier, including individuals from historically marginalized communities and Sacred Valley residents. If this applies to you, you’re welcome to mention it when reaching out.

About the guide

Rodney walking on a wooden bridge in nature

I support people navigating life transitions from a place of lived experience, contemplative practice, and a deep respect for life as a relational whole.

I spent over a decade in a high-pressure professional environment before consciously leaving a successful career to realign my life around clarity, integrity, and right livelihood. That transition reshaped not only my work, but how I relate to uncertainty, identity, and choice — and how I understand peace, responsibility, and harmony.

My path has been shaped by long-term Buddhist study and practice, alongside formal training in life coaching and somatic and mindfulness-based approaches. Over the years, I have also learned from Indigenous teachers in the Amazon and Andes, experiences that deepened my capacity to listen beyond the individual self — to the body, to relationships, to the natural world, and to the ethical consequences of our choices. I currently live and practice in the Sacred Valley of Peru, continuing my own path of integration while supporting others through theirs.

I don’t offer answers or prescriptions. I offer a steady, attentive space where clarity can emerge — and where decisions are made in alignment not only with who you are becoming, but with the wider life you are part of.

An invitation

There are moments in life when something becomes impossible to ignore.

If you’re standing at a threshold
If something in your life is asking to change
If a way of living that once felt natural no longer feels aligned
If you’re tired of carrying this alone
If you want support that honors both your humanity and your discernment

You’re welcome to reach out. We’ll begin with a short conversation to see whether this support feels like a good fit for your situation.

Note: This is coaching-style support and not psychotherapy or emergency care.
